We take care to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition but our team is there to support you after your purchase. It is essential that you contact us before returning any items for whatever reason.
Unwanted items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of goods and must be undamaged, unmarked and in "as new" condition including packaging upon our receipt. Before returning your item you must contact us to receive instructions on how to proceed. As part of our returns process we will email you a return note and delivery address. You must cover the cost of the return carriage. We strongly recommend you send this registered post.
Once we receive your returned item we will begin processing. Your refund can take up to 10 working days from the date of us receiving your order. For security reasons the refund can strictly only be made onto the card that was used for the original purchase.
We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods. Please take photographs of the damaged item in good lighting and forward them onto our team within 48 hours of receiving the goods along with a brief description of the issue. Our team will email you instructions on how to proceed. We strongly recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels as we can't be held responsible for items lost in the post.
