The NoMorePly 20mm XPS Insulation Board delivers the highest thermal performance in the NoMorePly XPS range, with an R value of up to 0.60 W/mK. It is the board to specify when insulation is the priority alongside a tile-ready finish – on solid floors that feel cold underfoot, over electric underfloor heating, and within internal and external wall insulation build-ups. A waterproof extruded polystyrene core bonded to a reinforced cementitious coating on both faces resists moisture and gives a stable surface for direct tiling, while its high compressive strength suits it to floor use. Lightweight for its thickness, it reaches the required insulation level in a single board without unnecessary build-up. Specified within a tested NoMorePly wetroom and tiling system, it is the insulation-led tile backer.
